Eligibility Participation is limited to registered travel professionals and accredited agencies. Island Dream Tour reserves the right to approve or decline applications.
Commission Structure Standard commission rate is 10% on eligible completed services. Commission applies only to confirmed and fully paid bookings.
Commission Payment
Commission is calculated monthly.
Payments are issued within 7–14 business days following month-end.
Payment method: PayPal or commission deduction model.
Refunds, cancellations, or no-shows are non-commissionable.
Performance Incentives Agents who exceed 10 confirmed completed bookings per calendar month may be reviewed for enhanced commission tiers. Adjustments are discretionary.
Agent Discounted Rates Agent net rates are for personal use only and are non-commissionable. Net rates may not be publicly advertised or redistributed.
Profile Requirement Agents must complete their profile and provide accurate agency information before commissions are processed.
Cancellations & Refunds If a booking is cancelled or refunded, associated commission will be adjusted accordingly.
Marketing & Representation Agents may market Island Dream Tour services but may not misrepresent pricing, policies, or service inclusions.
Modification of Program Island Dream Tour reserves the right to modify commission structures, benefits, or terms with written notice.
Fraudulent Activity Duplicate, fictitious, or fraudulent bookings will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
Governing Law This program is governed by the laws of Jamaica.
